i'm writting this blog late at night... its about twelve thirty am. i'm sitting here with my friends, waiting to go watch the superbowl! kickoff isn't until 2 am south africa time... so it will be a late night. we got the big screen from deo doxa, the church i go to, and we invited all of our south african friends to come watch their first football game with us, since we watched the rugby world cup with them... we also invited the americans from the YWAM teams that are here in jeffreys bay. we made a lot of snacks & we'll all be hanging out... really late. it should be a lot of fun! im only saying this because the colts aren't in the superbowl, and i really dont like tom brady or the patriots... GO GIANTS!

this week has been a tough week for me. i was really stressed out with things & on top of it i was sick monday - wednesday and wasn't able to go to ministry. i did go thursday though. i went to the doctor and found out i had the stomach flu and something else. i'm feeling a lot better now though. i dont have anything too interesting to post about ministry since i wasnt at ithemba much.

my weekend has been busy though! friday we went to port elizabeth, a big city about an hour from here, and we watched two movies as a team & ate lunch. we saw atonement & 27 dresses, really great! then i hurried home & came back in time for youth group @ deo doxa. i love the teenagers & i love being a part of the youth group. saturday we had discipleship in the morning, & then in the afternoon i went to the beach to spend some time alone praying for ithemba & i also got some things faxed to america for college. then me, katie, and tiffany went out for smoothies with one of our friends sisters from deo doxa. she's fifteen and we absolutly adore her! today (sunday), i went to church this morning at deo doxa, came home and went to lunch w/ ty, tiffany, katie, jaymee, and one of our south african friends skalk. i came home and had a meeting for ithemba, and then we planned our lessons for the week. then i cleaned chris and christinas car and washed it for them, did some laundry, and by that time it was time to get ready for church at deo doxa. i went to church, it was by far  the best sunday night service ever. it was amazing. then i came back around 9:30 pm & started making my mexican dip snack for the superbowl party. well, and here i am... twelve thirty am, waiting to go to the church to watch the superbowl. it'll be a late night!
